Our mission is to enable local screenwriters to create production-ready screenplays and teleplays that are of the highest quality.
The San Antonio Screenwriters Guild is a group of local screenwriters who are dedicated to helping each other become better storytellers in both film and TV. Through continued education, table readings of local scripts, knowledgeable feedback and brainstorming sessions we seek to improve our skills and master our craft.

We meet monthly on every (unless otherwise noted) 3rd Saturday from 12:30-2:230pm at the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center’s GALLERY Building. Located at 723 S. Brazos, San Antonio, TX 78207
